Who has access to my personal information ?

Your personal data is used only for the purposes for which it was explicitly provided.

Information and documents sent by users are not, under any circumstances, communicated to third parties, except in cases required by law or at the explicit request of the user.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6th January 1978, as amended, data subjects may, at any time, access their information, object to the processing of their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request the restriction of processing. To exercise this right, see the procedures described in the "Legal notices" of this website.

Persons concerned may lodge an appeal with a competent supervisory authority, which is the National Data Protection Commission (CNIL) in France, or its equivalent in their Member State of residence, their place of work or the place where the infringement of their rights has occurred, if they consider that the processing of their personal data constitutes a breach of the applicable regulations.
