Each episode is carried by the voice of a personality from the world of culture, media or sport, offering audiences a sensitive and contemporary point of view.
Created in 1961, the Cinémathèque Afrique brings together one of the world's largest collections of films from the African continent made from the 1950s to the present day, with 1,700 titles referenced, from 45 countries. Of these films, 650 have non-commercial distribution rights negotiated by the Institut français, for public screenings.
