Games made in France, French video games to discover online!

Taking into account the current health context, the annual Jeux Made in France video game meeting usually offered by Capital Games at the Paris Games Week, will be held live this year on the Twitch and Steam platforms from 29 October to 1 November.

The public can discover more than 35 French video games online and have live discussions with their designers.

This meeting is offered by Capital Games, the Ile de France region video game cluster, in coproduction with the regional associations Atlangames, Game IN, Push Start and East Games, as well as Game Only and Bordeaux Games to present games in each area.

Here is an initial look at the eagerly-awaited games: 

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator, showing Asobo’s incredible technical and visual prowess
  • Windjammers 2, the unlikely sequel of the great classic arcade game 25 years later, developed by Dotemu
  • Tell Me Why, the latest true-to-life narrative adventure by the creators of Life is Strange
  • Darksburg, a fast-paced action game where cooperation makes all the difference

All of the games will be presented and tested live by a selection of famous video game commentators, or “casters”: Mistermv, Maghla, DamDamLive and At0mium will take turns for 4 days on their Twitch channels.

About Jeux made in France

Jeux Made in France is a reference space where the latest French creations can be discover, which for seven years has enabled independent studios to present their games to the public during Paris Games Week, the major gaming event in Europe. The public can play and have direct contact with developers on an amazing-looking stand. This is also a point of interest for the press, giving independent studios visibility that's essential for their development. More than twenty studios and thirty games attend the event Each year to support French creativity. The event is coordinated by Capital Games, initiated by the SELL and is supported by the CNC and DGE.

The Institut français and the event

The new website by the Institut français,, promotes independent video gaming creations and those involved in the sector (designers, studios, publishers, distributors, schools, clusters etc.). It promotes the diversity, singularity and excellence of productions by this jewel of French cultural and creative industries.
