Safir is an ambitious programme for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the economic inclusion of young people in nine countries across North Africa and the Middle East (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Libya and Syria) and which runs from 2020 to 2024.
