From 14 March until 10 May 2022, the exhibition of around 24 photos is currently enjoyed by the Portuguese public in Guimarães. Designed jointly by CNES - Centre National d'Études Spatiales and Portugal Space, the Portuguese space agency, together with their partners (for CNES, Airbus and the Conservatoire du Littoral, for Portugal Space, GEOSAT and several universities), this exhibition aims to present the benefits of the very high-resolution Earth observation satellites Pleiades and GEOSAT.

In addition to their aesthetic qualities, these images also contribute to the education of young people and to raising public awareness of the challenges of preserving the environment and its biodiversity, as well as the impact of climate change on ecosystems.

The particular characteristics of each location, in a specific area, are presented in three languages (French, Portuguese and English). Curious visitors can extend their knowledge thanks to the QR codes on display.
