Before moving on to new stages in Rennes in November and other European cities in 2025, the "European Dialogues" scheduled in Helsinki on October 23 and 24 will focus on the central issue of information in times of war. This will take place in a context of polarized narratives, a multiplication of distribution channels, and at times, distrust toward journalists, along with the growing use of disinformation campaigns by certain state and non-state actors, leading to the "militarization of information."
