This fund has a number of objectives : 

• To increase production resources
• To promote productions of unpublished dramatic texts by young playwrights
• Help set up distribution networks
• Increase the circulation of new works

This fund is open to the following applicants:

• Directors and authors resident on the African continent, in the overseas territories and also artists from the diaspora living in France 
• Artists/companies/collectives resident on the African continent, in the overseas territories and also artists from the diaspora living in France. 

  It concerns the following disciplines

• Theatre
• Multidisciplinary projects in which theatre is an important part of the production. The text may be partly in French and partly in other languages.
• It must take place between October 2023 and the end of 2024.
