Visas for Creation
Foreign professionals
Visas for Creation aims to accompany the artistic emergence in Africa and in the Caribbean thanks to residences of 2 months on the French territory.
Terms and conditions
Visas for Creation is open to
- African artists or curators who are resident in Africa
- Caribbean artists or curators who are resident in the Caribbean islands (excluding French overseas territories)
It allows the laureates to develop a creation or research project, to widen their professional networks and to encourage collaborations with French operators in connection with cultural partners in France or at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris.
In 2022, the Visa pour la création programme will continue to support artistic creation. The call for applications planned for March 2022 has been postponed and will be announced later on this page.
