Cartoonist and illustrator, daily contributor to the website of Le Monde, Xavier Gorce put the subject of the French language in the hands of his famous “Indégivrables” characters (incorrigible, un-defrostable penguins)…

The exhibition “Catherine Meurisse, la vie en dessin” (A life in Drawing), is presented at the Bibliothèque publique d’information at the Centre Pompidou in collaboration with the Angoulême International Comics Festival.

Launched by French President Emmanuel Macron and dedicated to the 54 nations of the African continent, Africa2020 Season drew to a close on 30 September 2021. After a rich and varied ten-month programme across both metropolitan and overseas France, relive the Season through ten of its highlights. 

Launched on 12 and 13 February in Paris, followed by the 16th in Lisbon and the 18th in Porto, the series of opening events delighted officials and the public who turned out in force to celebrate the creativity and talent of our two countries.
